Gloucester Road

Tonight, I ventured onto Gloucester Road in Bristol for the first time and let me tell you something, this street is definitely up MY street!

I live in the leafy suburbs of Clifton (which I love) but this was a breath of fresh air. The road caters to people from all walks of life with its rich variety of locally run shops, cafes, bars and restaurants which manage to thrive among the usual high-street chains.

And who said graffiti was a bad thing? The talented paintings of street artists gave this street real character and having only explored a tiny section, I can't wait to go back again.
