And, it's over til it all starts again

The Games ended today, and now, at 2212, I have my girl back home.

Gone are the disappointments of the day before, all that exists now, are happy memories of a great occassion and lasting friendships made.

It was a joyful gang who clambered down from the bus tonight. Tired but Happy, and hugs all round.

Thanks to Jess Reid, Jenny Krawczyk and Linda Anderson for Looking after the West Girls during the Tournament. No easy feat with travel and accommodation, feeding problems to be resolved, and hopes to be kept high.

There are thanks to be handed out to a million other people too. The other coaches, referees officials, the organisation that goes into these games is amazing. The fact that so few people realise that 1400 school aged athletes are taking part in this event is astounding!
