Like sands through the hour glass

It might be Fathers Day, but I see it as their day. To see the excitement in their faces as they hand deliver a present wrapped all by them selves and the eagerness, to see the expression on your face as you open it, is priceless. Apparently Daddy has been good this year and received a Canon Eos 350D, which he hopes to put to good use, especially here on Blipfoto. This original masterpiece was eventually finished off, cut to size and framed, to give to their Poppi, my wifes dad who had asked for a finger painting. The process involved general amusement and the odd technical difficulty (toes curling up when painted) but overall we called it a success. I'm sure when we visit Poppi, years from now, it will be hard to believe they were ever that tiny.
