I'm back

Finally catching up with two weeks worth of back blips...holiday and crazy week back at work has left no time at all for blip, sadly.
Today was also spent working. One of my clients is Mercedes Benz Driving Academy which is a driving type school that, in a nutshell, allows younger kids from 12 to experience driving and learn practical skills before they pass their test at 17. It opened last year and has been a real success so today was a bit of a birthday celebration and also the finale of the Summer Challenge. Kids have been taking part in driving based challenges all summer to be in with the chance of being in the final and meeting The Academy ambassador, Lewis Hamilton, at the end.
My job was to facilitate the media interviews with Lewis. It was an early start with the alarm going off at 6.15am and getting the train out to Surrey to meet Team Blue Peter. The Blue Peter presenter took place in challenges and went head-to-head with Lewis on his track time. We don't know who won as won't find out until it's live on the show but it was fun to watch. A couple more interviews then finished up about 7pm and headed home for wine and sleep...with my BP Badge - yay!!
