long weekend / 3 days of lawnmowing

Labour weekend, a few weeks into spring, the big Flymo is still broken and we were beginning to loose the dogs in amongst the grass, let alone it was taller than some of the trees we planted before winter.

Step 1: Hire a mower and ignore the bit that says "this mower is not to be used on overgrown lawns". Attack lawns with this and the weedeater. Swear loudly when you find your baby trees with the weedeater.

Step 2: Next day mow it all again with the little Flymo

Step 3: Repeat step 2

Now, must make sure I mow it all again next weekend...
