'Dilapidated former piggery'

We went to view a house this afternoon that's up for auction next week. It's really a fantasy as it's highly likely to go for much, much more than the guide price - which we could only just about afford, considering it would need an extension for a bedroom for baby number 2.

This is the 'dilapidated former piggery' between the garden and acre - yes, acre - of woodland that also belongs to the house. Thankfully the house is in a better state than this!
