Apples One

early spring leads to early harvest. is rare that we pick apples here in northwest wisconsin before labor day. on to applesauce with these, our version of organic - no pesticides or chemical of any kind. wheelbarrow will be full by time i'm done. keeping my own stash separate and will allow the rest of my family at them over the weekend. if you're in the usa, have a great long weekend.
