Who belongs to this key?

There is a beautiful old cabinet at my parents house that houses all these old bits and pieces that hold some importance to the person that put them there - mum - so I cant ask her what this lovely key is for. I seem to remember an old clock belonging to this key but I can't say for certain. I love keys.
