Good Enough?

As I was walking around the city today I passed this street shrine. The whole street corner was hazy with the smoke from the incense. Along the sidewalk leading up to it, street vendors were selling flowers, candles, incense, food, and even little birds in small cages, all intended to be placed on or at the foot of the shrine. Dozens of people surrounded the image, bowing, meditating, and offering their respect in order to gain merit. The gentleman in the white was placing his flowers with the others while the woman in the center was preparing to offer her flowers, incense, and candle.
