Shoal

More alpha male chest pounding today at work. It started to get to me. But an alpha female sprung to my defense and we did a little chest pounding ourselves in a subtle female way. I think the alpha males have lost this skirmish. As the uber boss (a woman and the boss of the alpha males) said to me, "s**t happens" and she wanted to make sure that I was doing ok.

Oh the joys of corporate life. Well actually any human interaction anywhere.

I needed to get lost in something beautiful after work so I played with the reflection of the stormy sky in the fountain at city hall. To me this looks like the dreamy shoal of some distant land where petty battles are far away and fading echoes.
