Picnic on the Green

Today's the day ................... to picnic

This little family group set up on the Green in front of my house and had a picnic. There was a Mum and five children - one of them quite a small baby in the pram. It was nice and warm so they were in the shade of the tree. The three girls were cartwheeling and handstanding and the boy ran about doing what boys do.

It will be back to school next week for them, I expect - but today they had a lovely time in the September sunshine .....
