Northamptonshire Stone

Just having a wonder around the barn this morning and noticed this stone again .
It's a corner stone on my barn which I am suitably informed is called a quoin pronounced coin.
The barn was built in 1763 but I feel the carved initials much later.
I need to get this on the market, any offers?
