Winter wooly

Forecast warnings of a change in the weather and thoughts of the clock changing at the weekend made me dig out some of my warmer clothes and check them for cleaning and so on. This is one of my all-time favourite winter tops. It's Danish, made by a company called Belika, and is justifiably described as a 'Windstopper'. It's pure wool outside but also has a synthetic, waterproof lining.

It needs cleaning/washing, but it's such a weight that doing this at home is a terrible chore (hand-wash is recommended). I need to source a specialist cleaner/laundry to help me out. One thing is certain, though: having this in my wardrobe is a real godsend, and I can see myself wearing it a lot while winter blipping.

p.s. This sweater actually is black and white, though I took the shot in colour, de-saturated, and fiddled with it a bit in iPhoto and PS to get it as close as possible to the original.
