5am...

I woke up this morning at 5am, well it must have been a little earlier than that as I had laid awake for a little while.

I had a cold for a couple of days a week or so ago, it wasnt to bad and it didnt last for long but I have been left with this headache, which seems to be there all day, it isnt bad all the time though (thankfully).

But this morning I woke up and it is still there, I can only think that it is a sinus problem, I will have to go to the chemist this morning and try some sinus tablets.

When I woke up I lit some candles they seemed better than a normal light. I do hope this headaches goes away soon.

I think i will make a coffe now that seems a nice idea, or am I having one to keep awake as its now 7.36am
