And some pasta with that
Since A is on a work trip to Stockholm today, I decided to just throw something together for dinner. I ended up with this, which is avocado, tomatoes and mini mozarella with drizzles of Villa Zottopera Rosso extra virgin oil, sea salt and black pepper, that I added fresh pasta filled with artichoke/ricotta and porcino/ricotta to. When it comes to food, simple is often better! For next time I'll go with some added acidity too; maybe just a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and it'll be perfect!

I've noticed I'm approaching 100 000 views and 100 subscribers. Two subscribers more to go, and 492 views as I write this. How cool would it be to see both numbers simultaneously?! I'm keeping my fingers crossed I'm there to witness the 100 000 as it passes :D
