Cupcakes

Straight from camera (via computer) to blip. No processing today, am being bold!

Inspired by the Doll House I decided I wanted to bake today. So, while Ben was asleep, and in sort of consolation for the waste of a morning I had - I missed my train by seconds, despite running all the way to the station; thanks to both ticket booths having customers who seemed to take forever, and the quick ticket booth having a queue, I watched the minutes tick by, and my appointment with the dental hygienist go out the window - I made cupcakes and went a bit mad with the colouring.

No pictures of Ben again today. He came home from nursery, had more food, and went to sleep. I have spent an hour trying to ice cupcakes in between nursing Ben (who was not his usual cheerful self at nursery, apparently) and nursing Ben. Am grateful for this quick grab of a picture!

Off out tonight, Steve is looking after Ben and hopefully a handful of episodes of Chuggington will be enough to keep him from going into meltdown before he falls asleep on Steve's knee. They managed the other night when I was in the bath, so perhaps it will happen again tonight....
