As I said on Saturday's post, I see eagles and flags everywhere lately! I don't know if it's because I'm subconsciously seeking them out or what...
Anyway, I had a great discussion with an old friend today about my generation, and it got me wondering... Who knows where we'll be in 50 years, but I can only hope that the pride in our country becomes what it used to be. So many are still brave enough to sign up and serve in our military and I can only hope and pray that their sacrifices aren't in vain. With everyone experiencing rough times around the world, I still feel optimistic that we will overcome them and move forward toward a better future... =)
