today i attended a "senior sunday/sundae" at the church that i sometimes go to (long story on that). it was a fun time and i enjoyed it very much. former members, now college students or graduated, came back to give us first hand advice and let us know about their experiences.

almost everyone, aside from maybe less than 10 people, is going or goes to umich. it was focused on our university and gave some good perspectives. i know now what is important to bring, how to be careful and things about jobs, etc. i'm quite excited.

i keep on saying its surreal but really. i dont know how to handle this situation!

this shot was taken before we got down to talking. a couple of the guys made balloon animals and one guy was able to get it around his neck like a collar! it was quite funny :) very lighthearted blip.

ever since my accident my parents have been wary with me driving far from home, so my mom drove. for some reason her phone wouldnt take my calls so i ended up waiting half an hour for her. i'm lucky to know such amazing people who were willing to wait and offset their plans to make sure i was safe waiting :) i'm so thankful!
