Happy Birthday Murron!

Murron declared today 'The best day of her life!' She bounced into our bedroom this morning all smiles, full of anticipation for her day.

Murron - The great thing about birthdays is that you never know what will happen
Me - That's true
Murron - Well except cake, you always know there will be cake on your birthday.
Me - A birthday wouldn't be complete without a cake

Murron - (looking at me with big eyes) And presents...

So she wore the birthday rosette at school and was made to feel very special. She had a magnificent chocolate birthday cake (if I do say so myself), lots of wonderful presents and her very own (for one night only - and much to her delight) pick'n'mix bar where all variety of sweets and chocolate were on offer.

She had an absolutely stunning sunset too - although it wasn't big on her list of priorities.
