Manic week and bad backs don't mix.

Cycle after work to destress and it was lovely.

Paracenders accending.
Gliders, gliding.
Swallows swallowing.
Swans a swimming.
Harvesters harvesting.
Me cycling up hill is not cycling, it's just embarrasing, but it was fun.

Mr.Blogs would be ashamed of me.
