Camping on the Thames
I think this is my 100th! Already! That went so fast! Time flies when you're having fun...
Elizabeth organised a one night camping trip. She managed to find an excellent spot on an island in the Thames between a lock and a weir and squish six of us and our stuff in her car.
The girls lazed around and read books, the boys (typical boys) went fishing with a stick and a bit of string and some bread (and caught nothing). I took photos.
In the evening we had a bbq and a fire and made lots of smoke. Later on still the stars and moon came out and the wind dropped and there was a perfect reflection of the bridges moonlit arches in the river. There are some moments that you can't snap up with a camera but just have to be remembered...
