Light and shadow

Shot this on a walk around the village this morning. The way it sat there surrounded by shadows looking so colourful kind of caught my eye. The sun was at the right angle to filter through the leaves of all the trees and so I ended up taking lots of shots like this.

Not much happening today, this afternoon got cancelled as well as this evening, so I find myself with plenty of time on my hands! Most of this time has been spent sifting through photos from our holiday... finally got our prints and it spurred me on to sort the things on my hard drives as well and get them properly backed up. Always a chore.

Just realised this is my first month completed without a break since I started! Woo.
