New beginnings.

I bit the bullet and joined a gym. (I never thought I'd ever say that!)

It's a ladies' gym in the centre of Paisley and I think, because of all the motivation of the staff, it is going to do me good. If you are interested I will keep you posted.

The member of staff who was showing me the ropes looked at me when I walked in and said "I know you". Argh! never a good sign. She was,of course, an ex-pupil of mine many years ago. It was realy nice though when she told me I had inspired her to sing and she is still singing in a small group.

Another lovely day and the planes were obviously enjoying making patterns in the sky.
