Madame Director

The Tempest cast decided they wanted to present their director with a framed souvenir picture and so commissioned a portrait. The director C had ended up taking on the role of one of Ariel's two bitches because of illness and so the cast wanted her picture to be in costume. Only they didn't want her to know what they were planning. So I went down to Leith before the show and under the pretext of "filling in some gaps" in the set of pictures managed to get C to pose on the deck. Although at one point it seemed that despite all the planning it wasn't going to work. Someone had left a car parked where a car shouldn't have been so C was in full director mode trying to see if it could be moved and almost had no time for her picture.
Fortunately she did.
