Fields of sunflowers!

We took the day off and went to Margaree Harbour Beach....it was spectacular! hardly anyone else there, lots of wild waves and the water wasn't bone chillingly cold, it was actually quite warm.....once you got in of course! We took all sorts of yummy treats, cameras, books etc.....I played in the waves, read a bit, and refreshed my sun tan - actually i got a bit more than i thought.....got a bit of a red face right now !

On the way there we passed this huge field of sunflowers, so on our return i snagged a few shots!

nothing like a field of sunflowers to add to an already lovely day.
