Second Week
And so a new week begins. A new food diary sheet, another goals chart!
Last week was pretty successful, so I'm hoping I can carry that forward. Today has begun well, with a lot of admin and sorting done and a reasonably healthy eating day!
I've also begun to clear out the black hole that's at the back of the dining room. Once the new bed arrives, our old bed will go there and we'll have a spare bed again (the old one was ditched in order to make room for the grand piano and we've been surviving with a sofabed ever since).
Bank Holiday weekends are just fabulous. I've done so much AND had three lie-ins in a row, and three lots of pancakes!
Back to the alarm clock tomorrow though!
