For old time's sake

Yesterday I headed to the gym for a photo shoot with my friend. I told her i'd bring all my thai boxing gear, which I did. This is one of the shots she took of me, battering the bag! It was quite a soft bag, which is just as well because it's been a long time since I've actually hit something, but it was really satisfying and a LOT OF FUN!!

I'm pretty sure I'll go again to keep my skills brushed up!
