How Many Sparrows?

Apparently the humble sparrow is having a hard time in the UK at the moment but in my garden they are thriving. There is a constant chatter of them all day and has been been all year. I'm fairly certain that there were three broods raised in the garden this year as there were for the starlings and one of blackbirds and one of Hooded Crows.

The sparrows here were not put off by the Starling and found plenty to eat.
