Back at work today. (With pupils)
Jiggered my back getting ready to go out.
Seems to be a muscle spasm, and bloody hell does it hurt!

Had to miss the dancing class, and we were really looking forward to it.

Left my house keys at home in my painful exit, so I drove about taking pictures until Liz got home.

Thistle seeds looked good in the low Autumn sun.
