Hamilton Hall: Salem vs St Andrews

So after having lived in Salem for near enough 6 months (scary!) I finally made it for a wander down Chestnut Street to see all the old mansion houses. Beautiful street, looks like how I imagined New England to look like before I arrived here. I was also a little excited to find that there's a Hamilton Hall in Salem too. The St Andrews student in me was properly excited, I wonder if the St Andrews version is connected to the Salem version?
