Light on the jewels...

As usual before the start of term, I didn't sleep well, and I managed to spend most of my first day looking at, and catching up on some of your blips, and having a lovely time so doing. The kids were quite happy to be eased into the term as well.
I was so tired when I got home, however, that the usual glass (or 3) of sherry sent me to sleep on the couch.
I woke in a panic and knew I had to blip something in the house, as it was pitch black outside.
This is a nice candle holder I got when on holiday a couple of years ago. I enjoyed experimenting with the light and the DOF.
But, oh dear, I heard on the news that middle aged drinking is a bigger epidemic than chav binging.... must do better!!
