Sunday roast...

On train, heading south after a great relaxing weekend of good food + drink and great company.

This is the freshly gathered garlic that was pulled to be inserted into the mutton roast.
I love mutton, but its just not that readily available these days, so thoroughly enjoyed it with a rather fine claret....
Hopefully will now sleep for some of the journey ;-)
