Truth Leads to Beauty as Sparks Fly Upward

Title of this blip is from an archway at Cranbrook that was engraved with this quote. I went back there to shoot Frank's senior pictures. He's a lover of classical music and literature so I thought this would totally work. We both thought the quote was lovely and poetic.

I had to get my yearbook picture taken today at Prestige. Uhh...I told myself I'd never step foot into that place but I ended up there. It wasn't that bad. However, it really made me want to open up my own studio in the future. That is one of my dreams!

Played around with my backdrops some more and taped them up. They work terrifically! Can't wait to get a stand and actually be able to use them correctly. Lighting will be another story but so far natural lighting is working just fine. Maybe I'll make my own softbox or something...we'll see.

Anyway, went to church, grabbed some Mickey D's afterward with friends. Summer's almost over. Gotta have fun now!
