Character Shoes

My faithful character shoes enjoying a break during today's rehearsal. I bought these shoes 10 years ago at the Capezio Dance Store in New York. I adore these shoes because of their strength, support and flexibility. Together we have stood, walked and danced through many auditions, rehearsals and shows. 10 years later they are a bit battered but full of character. We are now rehearsing a melodrama in historic Jacksonville in Oregon....Oh, Horrors!
