Up at 4.30am to miss the traffic on the A303. Eating cooked breakfast in Plymouth by 8.30am

Had a great breezy walk up Sheep Tor in the morning. Then drove into Cornwall & surfed at Watergate Bay in the afternoon - great Polar Training!

A great weekend with special friends.
