Alien?

It was 49 degrees in Valencia city yesterday - a new temperature record. Today was better - a much more comfortable 34 degrees. So pleased it is the weekend and I had a chance to relax a bit.

I did pop into the office to sort a few things out and found this little guy just outside the door.

Usually the preying mantis is fairly docile (the ones I have come across anyway), but this one was very aggressive, and wouldn't stay still for a second.
