Portrait of concentration

Weaving around at the Farmers Market I came across some proper weavers and this lady very kindly allowed me to take a few photos whilst she was lost in concentration.

Came back home and had a call from Whitey to tell me that he was on a family day out to the Stewart's Brewery so I might follow his inspirational lead and drag ours along later too. Currently waiting though to hear if a friend of ours is going to be discharged from hospital, he was taken in last night so we've had his daughter here for a sleepover. He had a brain hemorrhage three months ago and it's been a rough time for him and his family but he's not one to moan - in fact when I saw him last week after his most recent eye operation all he said was that it had put a bit of a dampener on the summer. His stiff upper lip has not been affected and I hope it's still intact today.
