Lonach Mania

The Inn is one hectic place this weekend. Both restaurant & accommodation are fully booked throughout!

The reason being is it's the Lonach Gathering tomorrow. Our local highland games has grown massively in recent years thanks to Mr Billy Connolly who lives very close to the event location at Bellabeg, in Strathdon.

For us it means our busiest week of the summer! Fully booked rooms thanks to some amazing guests we have every year staying with us. Tonight is party time with singing, fiddling, accordion playing & dancing to the wee small hours all performed by the guests!

It?s a really hectic weekend! Very tiring but good fun & stressful all at the same time.

This blip was taken through the back window, Sylvia is busy working her way through the service, stove top full of different sauces, while the griddle is cooking fillet steaks, lamb loin & venison! One heck of a hectic place this weekend!
