tethered
Ambling across the playing fields on my own, something caught my eye dancing in the breeze: A tiny leaf, tethered to the rust of a big old yellow grass roller by the stickiness of a single strand of silk (there was a money spider there too, but it was about another 15cm out of shot to the left). It bobnodded with each gentle waft of re-circulating air but was never whisked away (a group of ants couldn't even do that).
I had to snap it, I just had to.
