Snowy peaks and crazy clouds

An okay day.

Had a singing lesson. My throat muscles are constricted and need to R-E-L-A-X! I have some exercises (which are very silly!) to hopefully loosen them. I have my next lesson next Friday. It makes me smile to think that I may return to my former singing glory.

Physio thinks we're on the right track with my neck too, so all good.

Animals walked and fed.

Tea eaten.

JL did some gardening for me today. She's done a great job. The garden looks so neat and tidy.

Red wine o'clock beckons.
