On the mend?

I've been absent from pretty much everything this past week; estranged.

I have reason, after being struck down by the infamous man-flu. I had to keep my head down just to see out the days at work and try to recuperate in the evenings.

Today, I finally felt on the mend though - so me and my mate Rob saddled up the bikes and headed out to the Learnie Red Rock trails on the Black Isle. Unfortunately I may have jumped the gun, as my form was pretty poor! We did manage a wee play on the orange bike park, and a quick whip around the blue trail - but it was indeed a struggle.

...Hopefully this won't cost me a relapse.
