Sunset at Scotstoun, River Clyde, Glasgow

I have my priorities in the right order. Blip search first, before heading into Braehead shopping. Good to capture the golden light at the Scotstoun yard, and the Clyde Clipper with a corporate event on board. Rather nice evening for drinks onboard.

I was at the launch of HMS Daring here in February 2006, and met HRH The Countess of Wessex after she named the ship. All very exciting. I will never forget the smell caused by the friction on the chains as the vessel hit the water.
