family fun

at the family fun day. Stuart's company hold a 'Family Fun Day' every year now, the first being last year (which was anything but!).

I was loath to go after the debacle last year but I was pleased to be proven wrong this time. They changed the venue to one that was more relaxed and less corporate and for us the best thing was Farms2Ewe who were there. They had a calf, ducks, baby bunnies, sheep roaming loose, goats including the hand reared baby Wally who I am feeding, tiny tiny ponies and hen and her chicks.

Alfie was in heaven and we saw nothing else except the rather good basic food.

So fun was had!

p.s. this is the ONLY time you will see me in a kagool!!!! It was tiddling down for most of the afternoon.
