Lincoln Logs

My boys are incredibly talented in the building department. When I sit down with Legos or any other building material, my mind draws a blank and often I end up building a "tall tower" or something equally as dazzling. Only a couple of times have I designed and built something that they deemed "a cool creation."

To minimize the fighting that seems to always occur when one boy builds something and then wants to leave it up semi-permanently while the other wants to use the pieces to build something else, I have taken to photgraphing all "cool creations" so it can be dismantled soon thereafter and pieces can be used again.

This blip is of a creation Grant made this morning using Lincoln Logs and Legos. Note the little guy visable from the tower. Pretty clever.
