Trades!

Sorry, no bathroom blip today - though the tiler is back and working away...

but come on - how many trades here - 7 vans, 5 companies, at least 3 properties...

does this mean the housing market's stagnant, or poised to explode once all this renovation's done?

At the moment, I'm not that bothered, I just want my bathroom back!
