Raw

I´ve been few times to Glo which is a raw food restaurant in Reykjavik. I fell in love with their menu straight away.
I managed to use some of my courgettes and do a raw dish. Amazing soooo nice. Of course I over ate and I'm not sure I can ever taste it again yukkkkkk
