School holidays take some planning and today we had run out of accommodating family and friends, activity camps and clubs and one day workshops to fill the childcare gap!

With the the little one at the childminders, I was left with the 12 and 9 year old to sort out and they managed magnificently on their own.

They swam, walked into town (via my studio), went to the library, ran some errands for me, bought lunch and indulged in a little Blue Nose toy buying! Allowing me just enough time to get through those urgent office jobs.

Maybe one day they will look back at this blog and know just how proud I was of them to spend time together and be such supportive siblings to each other.
