I had the best time @ zombiecon. If there is such a community of like-minded undead in your town or city, I highly recommend that you partake. It was so great to walk down Fifth Avenue and through places like Bloomingdales to rock the consumers out of their spending slumber (switching the chanting from "brains, brains," to "brands, brands") if only for a moment. I met some great people, took tons of pictures despite my new handicap, and came home exhausted. Disguising yourself as a zombie and walking through the streets of NYC is another way of shouting that things are upside down in America. At least to me that is what being a zombie is.
