CHARGE OF THE BIKE BRIGADE

I've "borrowed" (ahem!) the title from an article in today's edition of the London Standard.

London Mayor Boris Johnson launched the cycle scheme some weeks ago, but this is the first chance I've had to take a blip - I know my fellow London blipper, Alison Wright, has done a similar blip.
