Texas Weather

Quality isn't great but it was taken with a waterproof video camera.

The picture is taken in POURING rain. About 20 mins prior to the picture it was clear with a heat index of 115 degrees. About 5 mins prior a dustorm started that created about 5ft visibility. That stopped for about a minute and then it began pouring rain. The rain lasted for about 10 mins and was gone.
